I QUIT MY JOB IN 3 DAYS DURING PROBATION AS A FRESH GRAD

Yes... I did. Nevertheless, HR was not too happy about it. Neither should you do this without careful consideration. It's a difficult decision and require a lot of courage to do so.

<<SUICIDE MISSION ALERT >>

I will grilled. HR being HR, tried to make me stay. BUT, I honestly don't see a future nor do I really enjoy the job scope. Plus, their customer is notorious for being very difficult because they have the $$$.  I tried to negotiate with HR, let me leave and I will not demand any compensation for the previous day if they let me go on the same day. HR made me stay another day to do nothing. They said they will pay but then decided not to pay me... You do see the problem...

Before you label as a strawberry generation, I am switching to a job with longer hours and lesser pay.
I realise IF eventually I am going to OT like my managers. I might as well do something I like ... My managers are still awake at like 1am on the group chat...

Even though, I could argue that I deserve compensation for the previous few days. But, I felt that it wasn't worth it. We might cross paths again. I could be their client OR they could be client (highly unlikely). Regardless of who is whose boss, I am grateful for this opportunity to see how this job really works and try my very best to avoid such a job in the future...

So, if you really hate your job, take the first step out! Life is short!
